I am proud and honoured to serve as a Co-Lead of UK Pink Firefighters. Cancer affects countless lives across the UK and around the world, and being part of a team that can use our professional platform to promote awareness and raise vital funds in support of the fight against cancer is truly meaningful. Through my involvement with UK Pink Firefighters, my personal aim is to help empower both women and men to feel confident speaking openly about their health, to better understand their own bodies, and to recognise when something may not be right. Encouraging people to seek medical advice and get checked when concerns arise can play a crucial role in increasing the chances of early diagnosis and improving survival rates.
