Siobhan Priest

A firefighter with London Fire Brigade, Siobhan is the Digital Trailblazer Award winner, recognised for using social media to inspire, educate, and promote diversity across the fire service. She openly shares her journey from recruit through to competent firefighter and qualified driver, helping make the job feel achievable and relatable. Siobhan proudly represents mothers in the fire service, having progressed through the apprenticeship route, and is actively involved in Women in the Fire Service, leading fire cadet and youth programmes, and supporting others through work such as taking a Fire Aid convoy to Ukraine. Alongside the job, she is also a keen triathlon athlete, using sport to challenge herself and model resilience both on and off duty.
