BFFC Blue Light Stair Run

The Blue Light Stair Run is an annual stair climb event for uniformed emergency services personel.

It is a sporting competition that will push competitors to their limits. All frontline emergency services personel can apply, including: ambulance and air ambulance, coastguard, firefighters, police, prison guard and search & rescue.

The event raises funds for charities that support emergency services and is organised by the the British Firefighter Challenge and Total Motion Events.
